Tell me about the Carnifex...

It has been quite some time since I have looked into this class. My computer, currently, is spitting at me at all browser-based attempts at logging in...

Can anyone give me a brief ins and outs of it? Is it still an option to use swords instead of the larger weaponry? I hear there is functionality to a certain extent?

    Halberd/bardiche: stack affs for pseudo-lock or stack affs to do damage via soul poison (scales depending on how affed the target is when you use it)

    Warhammer/greatmaul: smash limbs and pulverize (instakill)

    You can't use one-hand weapons at all and no bastard swords.
