    I like to dye my hair. A lot. I like to wear pretty colors in my hair. recently, I found a brown shade that was close enough to my natural color that I was all 'sweet, I'll let my hair grow a bit'. But.. BUT

    Today in the bathroom at work, I looked up, only to stare in horror at my roots. I have silver hairs. An abundance of them. I'm only twenty five what the hell.

    Pffff, my hair started going white at 17, no one would believe me until a few years later, and now people who mess with my hair regularly go, "Woooooh! You really do have so much white hair!" and then start leaning in, wide-eyed, picking around like monkeys.

    My stylist said "Yeah, it's probably about 5% white" a couple years ago.

    I am 26 and have NO grey hair. But. The downside to this, is that I still get accused of being underage unless I'm all dressed up in a corset. I'm told I'll be grateful for this apparent youth when I'm older but...some days I'd take a swipe of grey to not be treated like a child straight out of the box for my appearance.
