    I know there are alot of military, ex-military and various branches and means of service in which many Aetolians and folks from other IRE games serve our country.  All the love for a man in a uniform comes from me, not for just looking dashing as hell, but for what that uniform represents.  Thank you for keeping me safe and those I love here at home, and to strangers I have yet to meet.  My brother goes back to Afghanistan for the third time next month, each time he comes back uninjured I have a good day of crying, thankful he is okay.  Knowing somewhere a mother is hearing news otherwise of her child who sacrificed for me.  Words alone cannot express what you folks do and the appreciation I give you.

    Mine was most likely given away by my sister and then the tale of how it ran away was offered. Given that I was relying on my sister for shelter at the time, I am unable to entirely refute her tale, but it is entirely against the nature of my cat to have done the four or five things required to have run away in the situation presented, even assuming she went against her super-clingy nature to run away in the first place.

    My new roommate is allergic in the extreme though, and I cannot have one.

    @Emelle, your cat is super cute. My cat was also a white puffball. I hope all things are copesetic!

    Daw, @Daingean, I had a similar situation when I was younger...my most favorite cat "disappeared" under my sister's watch while I was away at music camp. Very sad times indeed. We will cuddle extra for you!

    I like kitties. I like petting everyone else's kitties. I'll never know if I'm ever non-allergic enough to live with them because I don't want to adopt one only to find out I am...and as I continue this sentence it occurs to me I can just cat-sit for someone for a week. Duh. HOPE!
