(The Front Line): Daskalos says, "<-- artifacts."
Filling the firmament is a lattice of heavy grey clouds. The frozen soil slopes gently up and down, creating various hills and dales that offer some shelter from the ruthless tundra winds. Several rocks and lumps of ice lie scattered across the barren land, cutting the otherwise smooth hills like a set of jagged teeth.
You see exits leading northeast and south.
You have emoted: Piper searches out a perfect spot of soft snow amidst the tundra. Having found one, she flops back onto her back and begins to writhe with all her limbs going wide above her.
You exclaim, in a feral tongue, "SNOW WOLVES!"
The harsh air bites at your skin as it flows across the open terrain.
Iriela ponders a moment, then joins you in the snow, but seems uncomfortable on her back. Instead, she flails her arms and legs as if dashing in place, flinging snow everywhere and making an odd shape in the snow.
You have emoted: The two continue to kick snow up like silly idiots until all the snow in the vicinity has been eradicated, no shapes left to be seen. Upon standing up, Piper looks pleased with herself and Iriela.
You exclaim to Iriela, in a feral tongue, "Good job, Comrade! We vanquished the snow angels!"
Iriela nods her head in approval, looking at the ruined shapes.
Scavenger Iriela says, in a feral tongue, "Yours is prettier."
You have emoted: Piper quirks her head to the side, clearly unable to make heads or tails out of who did what.
You say, in a feral tongue, "No.. uh. No. Yours had uhm...hm.. it was less..floppy."

One of my favorite characters was a completely screwy in the head lolita-esque girl who was OBSESSED with ribbons and lace and pretty shiny things and also was working on creating an army of undead babies with tiny little blades for fingers and pretty lace gowns. Duds got stuffed with explosives and launched over enemy gates for psychological warfare. She also married her stalker and they communicated by blowing things up and attacking one another.
She giggled, skipped, sang songs, played with dolls, and spent her free time chopping up bodies and gleefully stitching together horror creations in her lab.
Wicked characters can dig flowers too. I think, done right, it makes a more interesting dynamic than the I ARE EVIL RAWR BLACK DEATH ANGER SLASH BURN thing.
Just sayin'.
