It's been a while since I looked at audits for blunt and cutting.

Can anyone figure out what's going on here? I'm getting the same audit wearing leather and ringmail.

    I think Shaman audits are buggy. I was getting different numbers every 5 minutes with my shaman (and not from the durdalis oath thing), and nothing seemed to be adding up right. I'm guessing it's some display issue from spiritbond. Try turning it off and comparing between the two.

    I think it's actually a bug with the bark fetish.  The bark fetish turns on and off as you continue to take damage, so that's probably why you were getting different audits.  But you are right about it not adding up properly.  I don't tend to use spiritbond and I still get the problem so I'm almost positive that it's just some bug with the bark fetish displaying the wrong numbers in the audit.

    That's not what they're referencing, @Illidan. 

    Look at what Macian posted. With two different sets of armor with two different armor values and the same constant value, he's getting the same total audit.

    Actually, I just tested it. I'm getting different audits from wearing different kinds of armor.

    With leather:

    I think it still might be a bug. I've had the divinefavor all along, and have mostly been sitting around (so haven't ever checked with bark active). My audit has varied, for cut/blunt, between 48 and 55. Psychic has varied as well. Same defenses every time. I don't use spiritbond at all.

    You guys -do- know that the bark fetish increases your resistances when it activates, right? Nature thorncoat does as well. I'm not getting the same problems that you are.

    Bark fetish wasn't involved in my previous tests.

    I tried it without Spiritbond, and everything worked fine. So, I tried it with Spiritbond on. And everything worked fine...

    I'm wondering if it's divine favor that's screwing things up. That's the only thing that's changed since yesterday. My favor just wore off, and here's what I got when I switched out leather: 

    Ringmail:
