Probably because at the time that ability was designed, slyphe had a ton of darkish followers. Or because there wasn't a good idea for a slyphe symbol. Might be worth liaisoning for a new power for slyphe's symbol, or just to make lleis' into slyphe…

@Rashar I'm being completely serious. Severn is pretty much the lynchpin of the entire Aetolia storyline. Someone could cause way more damage to the lore of the game …

Keep in mind that just this round, a new vibration was released that increases the user's allies' elemental resistance in a chosen type. There's also the potential to use an elemental resistance shield.
