MBAM is about the single best, most reliable tool for keeping your computer clean. I wouldn't rely on -just- that single program, you'll still need an antivirus, but something as simple as AVG or Avast should have you covered at that point.

With the stability artifact you can dash. In effect the stability defense acts just like mass but because you -don't- have mass any of your actions that would have been stopped or impeded by mass still work.
