Update on reincarnations:
We're delaying turning off reincarnations for now because we have a few more changes in the works that's going to leave people wanting to shuffle their statpacks/enhancements around.

We're removing the set items (e.g. racial idol, star charts, bracer) from the possible chest drops. We're not removing any of those items that are already in the game.
