The lose an entire level doesn't fire on people above level 80. Refer to HELP WHEEL OF FATES.

The sip malus only applies to people in the Praenomen and Bloodborn classes. If you're not in the class, you don't get that malus.

Okay, looks like I've got the targeting issues fixed now. The other problems mentioned should all be resolved too.

Yeah, looks like I was wrong. Fixed that discrepency. Bashing damage will probably fluctuate a bit over the next few days as I tweak things.
