I'd be very reluctant on making any decisions based on whether either conclave used their night kill or not -- unless they are informed of every jailing, they likely don't even know that they have the night kill. in Mafia: The Rellyw Rebellion - Game ThreadComment by IlyonAugust 2013
Well. While you two are battling it out, I think I'll stick with my vote from round 2.
@Omei On the previous day's voting lists, the numbers do not match up - dask has 12 votes and 13 people listed, while mesk has 3 votes and 2 people - is that just a mis…
On the voting lists, the numbers do not match up - dask has 12 votes and 13 people listed, while mesk has 3 votes and 2 people. Is that meant to be like that?
Well, the syssin should be sending the info in anonymous messages, that's why they are there for - the chance of fake messages is fairly minimal there as the warden can confirm if the described person was actually targeted.
Thing is, we really don't have much information to build upon. There are three different groups that do not know who each other is, which means that it is entirely possible for a member of one to initiate or follow a lynch against a member of anothe…
Interesting. This would prove that Moirean is not an indorani ... I wonder if the fact that no conclave attacked anyone would also prove that she's not in either conclave?
Uh, you do realize that the anonymous messages are also posted in the thread for everyone to see, right? The Warden's only advantage, based on what was said, is that he/she sees which power role (but not which player) sent what.
Sigh, very well. It seems that despite the Indorani being the only faction whom a nolynch really helps, the opinion that the alternative is too risky prevails, and there is basically zero chance of agreeing on any single person. Letting Omei do the …
Okay, having thought about this a bit, I'm becoming increasingly convinced that we do not want to do a nolynch. Yes, things can get nasty if we give one of the conclaves a majority, but it is crucial to remember that this is going to happen regardle…
Mm, I am not so sure if most agree on nolynch being a bad idea. I'm kind of on the fence myself, as while we gain little information from a nolynch, it is also true that the groups who can gain the most are the conclaves, not the rellyw.
@Macavity - the chance is 36%, not 56.25% (9/25, not 9/16), and as I note above, hitting a conclave member could backfire while the indorani are in play.
Hrrm. I'm not so sure on the vigilante reveal. It would work initially, but if the rebel conclave loses a member, the loyalist conclave could easily remove the vigilante.
The big question, then. To lynch or to nolynch? The worst thing tha…
Mm, this does look rather complex, hopefully it won't get confusing! Random questions: - Dhasan of Nature: can his target still post during day rounds? - Dhasan of Art: will the active role user be told about the illusion (I'm assuming not…
