    Mostly, the things that I conceal are the utility things. Spammy as hell. Not at all indicative of a character's RP or style. Not really relevant to anything except bashing/pk ability.

    Mostly I hide the utility stuff, but in bear form I attire some of it to be visible but be something like
    (on a string around his neck) seven silver rings

    Of course, I have a couple of bear form descs, and I only bother doing that if going fully bear and not just the (more common) humanoid bear form.
